How do I create or manage a server?
Everything lives in your dashboard. Create a server, start and stop it, edit configs, and install mods, all from there. Open it with the button in the top corner.
I can't log in or I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then chat with us below.
How much does it cost?
Every account gets one free 1 GB server. Bigger servers are billed monthly per GB of RAM, and you choose a size when you create the server. You can change it anytime.
How do I add more RAM or change my plan?
Resize the server from its dashboard page and your billing updates automatically, with no need to start a new server.
How do players connect to my server?
Your server's address is shown on its dashboard page. Share that address with your players and they're in.
How do I cancel or close my account?
Cancel a server's subscription from its dashboard page, or close your whole account from Account settings. Closing is reversible if you change your mind.
